Eight years later
Pepe Saya has gone south!
This month we turned another year older- with our first butter sold at Carriageworks Market in November 2010. Eight years on and we are still at Carriageworks Market bright & early on Saturday mornings, but have grown up and into a new production facility in the Sutherland Shire. We have packed up our butter and made the move south, with our new premises all set up and ready to go .
Our new production facility is on a 1,200m² block with a spacious production area & coolroom, plenty of loading…and space for us to grow! The new address is 10 Adventure Place, Caringbah.
We are located 30 minutes from the heart of Sydney CBD, so it is business as usual with no effect on customers. We are open 7.30am-3.30pm for pickups and we will have our factory open to the public- we are looking forward to seeing some local faces!
We have a few new faces in the Pepe Saya team, with some local staff joining us. We welcome them to the Pepe Saya clan and hope they enjoy churning butter with us in time to come!
With 8 years under our belt (and plenty more to follow!), I can only hope that we have helped change the perception of butter in Australia and can continue to have a positive impact on the incredible Australian food scene.
